Burger Franchise Char-Hut has been selling burgers since 1976 and now we're offering franchise opportunities nationwide. The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) has specified franchise rules that permit a franchisor to provide information about the financial performance of its franchised and/or affiliate outlets, if there is reasonable basis for the information and the information is included in Item 19 of the FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document).
As of December 2014, there were 3 Char-Hut locations opened and operating for at least 12 months. Two locations are freestanding locations with drive-thru windows. The others are traditional in-line locations that operate in between 1,500 – 2,400 square feet.
Gross Profit is calculated solely by subtracting the Total Food Cost and Total Labor Cost from the Total Sales. Gross profit is before any other costs and expenses of operating a Char-Hut Restaurant franchise.

Char-Hut’s initial training and ongoing support defines the difference between us and other QSR franchises. Our initial training is approximately 8 weeks followed by 7 days of training at your location before you open the doors to the community.
ATTEND A DISCOVERY DAY in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Your visit will give you a complete overview of what it is like to be an owner of one of our restaurants. We will thoroughly review the FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) and answer any final questions concerning the details of the franchise territory and franchise agreement.
